Dr. Nicolas R. Brown
Nicolas Brown, DMD Born and raised in Decatur, AL, I am thrilled to
join Dental Arts. This
opportunity allows me to work with many friends and family in the area,
while also meeting people in Cullman’s vicinity.
While attending the University of Alabama from
1999-2003, I received a Bachelors degree in biology.
I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School
of Dentistry in 2009.
Following dental school, I continued my education through Advanced
Education in General Dentistry residency at Stratton VA Medical Center
in Albany, NY. Being highly
involved with continuing education allows me to best treat my patients
with innovative techniques, materials, and technologies.
I take courses in all facets of dentistry with the aim of
providing well rounded care. I have participated in numerous volunteer programs
in the dental field, perhaps highlighted by a 2008 trip to Peru.
Through local community dentistry efforts and international work,
I help people who otherwise may never receive treatment.
Outside the dental field, I enjoy traveling and
staying active. I spend much
of the summer at Smith Lake on the water.
Also, I am an avid snowboarder and enjoy hiking and mountain
biking.
